Introducing Kate Osborne . . .

Kate has a double major in Psychology, after which she deferred from Uni to obtain the life experience she lacked and traveled to over 32 countries in the following 3 years (now a total of over 45 countries).

Working in Surrey in the UK for a Swiss Millionaire, Fred Zollinger, Esquire and owner of the sixth share of Coca-Cola. Kate was mentored around Business, ethics and thinking.

Applying this knowledge Kate joined the Flight Centre Ltd at age 23 and in the next 4 ½ years was a share owner of 2 stores, managing a combined turnover of 7 ½ million per annum and 74 team combinations in total.

Her talent was empowering leadership and Kate was ‘poached’ by Australia’s largest Business Coaching Company in her first every joint venture and within 16 months was a Global trainer of coaches and ran her own coaching business turning over $80,000 per month.

Kate and husband Kent started their family in 2004, so decided to sell their franchise and found themselves debt free and choosing to relax and enjoy their lifestyle. They now have 3 children.

“Selling my franchise after 5 years of intense learning was like my PhD was complete. I have seen all sides of people in business, life and relationships with both themselves and others – and wow, what a journey” Kate reminisces.

Introducing Kent Osborne . . .

Kent is an athlete at heart, preferring the sports field to the classroom. Kent pursued his love of sport into the New Zealand Academy for volleyball. A stress fracture in his back prevented him from playing and he decided to travel the world whilst deciding his next move.

Working in a back packers in Covent Garden, Kent met Kate on her first day at work. Kent has traveled extensively around Europe, snowboarding in the Pyrenees for a season and known for taking life each day at a time.

Working in Retail management, Kent studied Remedial massage and awakened an intrigue of Natural Medicine. Working for the Australian College of Natural Medicine, Kent started as a Purchasing officer and advanced to the National Student Services Officer with his exceptional people skills and calm management style.

Choosing to be a stay at home Dad whilst Kate continued her coaching business, Kent has a first hand experience of what it takes to support an Entrepreneur, a family and a changing business whilst changing nappies and ensuring those around him always feel heard.

Kent is now the ‘Physical Coach’ for Leisure Seekers. As a trained Personal Trainer, he brings a combination of working with the body, mind and spirit to help clients achieve their goals. With his sporting and natural medicine background, along with his coaching abilities, it gives clients a fantastic wholistic approach to their health and fitness to help them succeed in every area of thier life.

Introducing Tracey Leak . . .

“Look not at your results, but at your daily actions to predict future success” This statement summed up Tracey Leak when she attended a Member’s Night as a guest with her brother in November 2003. Kate had heard great things about Trace, but nothing prepared her for walking the journey Tracey chose over the following years.

Diagnosed with a brain tumour, Tracey never wanted to be treated differently so chose not to tell anyone about her daily battle with her health. As a radiographer, she was aware that cancer can impact people dramatically and it was critical that she dealt with experts to help her navigate this rocky part of her life.

With her passion in real estate, Tracey and her brother Craig started accumulating property, owning at one stage 15 properties before she discovered the cashflow challenges that could occur in building wealth through property.

Understanding that business generated cashflow to allow property and share portfolios to grow, Tracey acquired her first no money down deal at age 27.

Working with Kate, Tracey grew the database of this business in order to sell it and moved into property sales. Graduating the top of her class and walking many miles up and down hills developing her database convinced Tracey this was too slow to produce the significant results she needed.

Joining Kate as the marketing manager, Tracey used her passion for coaching and talent in business to grow Kate’s business to 1 million dollar in less than 9 months. Through popular demand Tracey took on her very first clients in January 2005 and has truly transformed both herself and her clients lives.

Through strict daily disciplines and keeping a student heart, Tracey no longer has her brain tumour and is proof that your current circumstances will not predict your future success.

Living mostly on credit to get her through the medical regime required and selling almost all her assets to stay in the game, Tracey coaches with an empathy that few professionals can genuinely claim. It does not matter how dark and stormy things may seem, in a few short minutes with Tracey she can shed light on the darkest of days.

Tracey has a loyal following of clients and a retention rate not seen before in the coaching industry and will not give up on her clients dreams until they are realized.
